* Registration is required by Thursday, October 16th at 2pm to participate. * Lamp posts are available on a first come, first served basis. * All scarecrow displays must be complete and in place by Friday, October 17th.

RULES: All scarecrow displays must be appropriate for ALL ages and not be of a violent or vulgar nature. Otherwise, it will be removed and ineligible for the contest. Scarecrows can not block sidewalks or stick out causing a tripping hazard.
TEAR DOWN: You must remove your scarecrow display and other items the first week of November. You are required to take away everything you put up.
